• Your phone number
• Your preferred date and time slot

We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which has its own privacy policy.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Process and confirm your booking
• Communicate with you about your session (confirmation, cancellation, or rescheduling)
• Deliver your photographs via a private gallery link

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Your photographs

All photographs taken during your session belong to you for personal use. This includes downloading, printing, and sharing with family and friends. We will never use your images in our portfolio, on social media, or for any other purpose without your explicit approval first. You are under no obligation to give this approval.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain your booking information for up to 2 years for record-keeping and accounting purposes. After this period, your personal data is deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

5. Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
