These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the G1 Studio website (g1studio.uk) and the photography services provided by Jeevanjot Singh, trading as G1 Studio, based in the United Kingdom. By submitting a booking request or making a payment through this website, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

G1 Studio provides candid dining photography sessions in the United Kingdom. Jeevanjot Singh attends your chosen dining event and photographs you and your guests unobtrusively throughout the session. Edited photographs (and, where applicable, a short video reel) are delivered digitally within the timeframe specified in your chosen package.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Prices are as follows:

• The Essential — £35
• The Classic — £50
• The Signature — £60

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. G1 Studio does not store your card details.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before the session — full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Within 7 days of the session — no refund, but we are happy to reschedule your session to a future available date at no additional charge.
• Cancellation by G1 Studio — in the unlikely event that we must cancel, you will receive a full refund and we will make every effort to offer an alternative date.

4. Delivery of Photographs

Edited photographs will be delivered to your email address as a private download link within the following timeframes after your session:

• The Essential & The Classic — within 48 hours
• The Signature — within 72 hours

Delivery times may be extended during busy periods, in which case we will notify you by email. Photographs are provided as high-resolution digital files.

5. Photograph Licence & Ownership

All photographs taken during your session are delivered to you for personal use only. This includes downloading, printing, and sharing with family and friends. You may not use the photographs for commercial purposes without prior written agreement.

G1 Studio retains the copyright to all photographs taken during the session. We will never use your images in our portfolio, on social media, or for any other purpose without your explicit approval first. You are under no obligation to give this approval.

6. Conduct & Access

You agree to ensure that Jeevanjot Singh has reasonable access to the venue for the duration of the session. G1 Studio is not responsible for restrictions imposed by the venue that limit the photographer's ability to work. If access is denied on the day through no fault of G1 Studio, no refund will be issued for that session.

7. Limitation of Liability

G1 Studio's total liability to you in connection with a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
